Abuse is described as to mistreat, or to use wrongly. Animal abuse is a serious hidden problem in our country. This abuse can take many forms, such as: animal testing, hunting, trapping, and physical abuse. Most do not realize that the products they use everyday, were tested on animals. Cosmetics are made from animal ingredients, even more some ingredients in cosmetics are tested one animals. For these reasons, animal abuse is an unknown problem. Animals do have rights, and they feel pain. The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Humane Society are two organizations that fight for animal rights. There are many ways to help this dire dilemma. Animal abuse is such a widespread problem in our society, and the only way to stop it is through public awareness.
